Possible Solutions

1. Replace lining with manufacturer's recommendations
2. Replace lining with manufacturer's recommendations
3. Replace or re-finish rotor
4. Lubricate all rubber components with silicone grease and lubricate all metal-to-metal contacts with moly lube
5. Replace hardware
